There is no need to take your SEBO to a repair shop. We provide a mobile repair and servicing service across Cambridge and our Cambridgeshire service area, with an experienced vacuum engineer coming directly to you.

Common SEBO Faults We Diagnose and Repair
No Power, Intermittent Power & Cable Faults
If your SEBO will not switch on, cuts out while being used or only works when the cable is moved, we can diagnose the cause.
Depending on the model, this can involve the mains cable, switch, internal electrical connections or motor-related faults.
Poor Pickup, Loss of Suction & Blockages
A SEBO that still runs but no longer cleans properly may have a blockage, hose problem, restricted airflow, brush problem or another fault affecting performance.
We check the machine as a complete system rather than replacing parts purely because of one symptom.
Brush Rollers, Belts & Drive Problems
We repair SEBO faults where the brush does not turn correctly, the brush roller is worn or jammed, or there is a belt or drive-related problem.

SEBO Felix and Dart machines can develop power, cable, brush and pickup problems.
We can investigate intermittent or complete loss of power, a brush that is not turning correctly, poor pickup and other faults affecting normal use.
Noise, Overheating & Burning Smells
Unusual noise, overheating or a burning smell should not be ignored.
Possible causes include airflow restrictions, brush or drive faults, electrical problems or motor-related faults. If something appears unsafe, stop using the machine until it has been checked.

Quick Checks Before Booking
Before arranging a repair, there are a few simple checks you can make without dismantling the machine.
Unplug the vacuum first. Check that the bag is correctly fitted, look for an obvious blockage in accessible hose or wand sections and remove visible hair or thread wrapped around the brush where it can be reached safely.
If the machine has warning lights, make a note of which lights are showing and whether the problem started after changing the bag.
If the cable is visibly damaged, or the machine smells of burning or repeatedly cuts out, stop using it until it has been checked.
There is no single reset procedure that applies to every SEBO model. If a fault or warning returns, diagnosis is safer than repeatedly trying to reset or restart the machine.
