Call us or request an appointment and provide your location, vacuum model and a brief description of the problem.
2. We Come to You
Our engineer visits your home or workplace within the agreed arrival window.
3. Inspection & Diagnosis
Your vacuum is inspected and tested to identify the fault and any replacement parts required.
4. Repair & Final Test
Replacement parts are quoted before fitting. Once approved, the repair is completed and the vacuum is reassembled and tested.
Most repairs are completed during a single 45–60 minute visit.
